please port qmmp to udisks2 #689

Hello,

In Debian it has been brought to our attention that udisks1/HAL is deprecated 
and packages are encouraged to move to udisks2. While Qmmp doesn't have a hard 
dependency on udisks1, it would be nice if it supports udisks2.

Udisks1 is disabled by default since 0.7 release. Unfortunately, HAL stills 
used in freebsd. So, you should disable it manually by the following cmake 
option: -DUSE_HAL=FALSE See diff for ubuntu

And, please, fix dependencies. liqmmpui-dev requires libqmmp-dev

Packaging issues are better to report to Debian BTS in future.
