Status icon needs option to select mixer channel controlled by the scroll wheel #711

I'm preparing to switch from Audacious Media Player to Qmmp and I find it 
irritating that I have to rework my entire desktop so that I can pretend PCM is 
the Master mixer control because Qmmp doesn't let me select what the scroll 
wheel on the tray icon controls.

The settings dialog for the status icon plugin should allow me to choose a 
mixer channel to control.

Use alsa plugin settings.

Ahh. Might be a good idea to mention that in the UI. (Possibly in the 
Information dialog)
