Support more than one global hotkey binding per action #715

In my system, I have many media player actions which need to be bound to two 
different global hotkeys.

For example, Play/Pause, which must be bound to both Win+Pause (104-key 
US-layout Keyboard) and XF86AudioPlay (ATi Remote Wonder II).

Audacious Media Player handles this by allowing both columns to be editable 
with the left-hand column letting users choose an action from a drop-down box. 
I don't know if that's the best way to do it, but it's proven to work.
