svn-r4517 on Manjaro x64 KDE

enabling equalizer (with preamp at 0dB) automatically adds -20dB of gain. Is it 
a feature to prevent distortion? IMO it's unnecessary and wrong, because we 
have preamp lever to do that. Due to that extra -20dB we are unable to 
sufficiently boost quiet/replay gained tracks.
