Imperfect Winamp theme loading #743

Hi,

I'm using qmmp 0.8.2 on debian testing, currently i'm trying to make a winamp 
theme but it seems the theme/subpixmap loading is a bit different, there is 
also an issue if the playlist is shaded(text doubled)

Thank you for report. Your work looks interesting. If possible, please adopt 
this skin for qmmp. I'll try to use it as default.
