Fix actions for building docker images

This PR fixes the bugs of actions for building docker images.

And removed actions for following images which is not used now.

• wazuh
• wazuh-kibana-proxy

These images are used in pcidss-plugins.

And it also fixes dockerfiles/run-pack/Dockerfile. The source of the script, https://glide.sh/get , is not available now. So I used apk instead.

@essa do we not need wazuh and kibana proxy anymore? if we dont anymore can we delete those folders from the repository as well?
