Failed to add fwmark rule (Success)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use cyanogenmod (several relases, log from 6/15)
2. Connect to any configured VPN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Successful connection (the stock VPN is working happily via tun0)

Error: command '101 interface fwmark rule add tun0' failed with '400 101 Failed 
to add fwmark rule (Success)'
The connection attempt is aborted.

What mobile phone are you using?
GT-I9505 (Galaxy S4)

Your ROM is broken. Not the app. Please report that bug to Cyanogenmod.

Thanks for the quick update. The "(Success)" part is what's bugging me. I'll 
try to find the exact price of code that triggers the problem.
