Can't press OK on Connection request dialog (v0.6.26)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try and connect to an OpenVPN profile

What is the expected output?

OK button can be pressed, dialog dismissed and connection attempt begins.

What do you see instead?

Cannot progress from dialog, can only cancel.

What mobile phone are you using?

Google Nexus 5.

Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?

Android 5.0.1 Stock / LRX22C
