Language placeholders unchanged on "Save Settings" #348

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Settings in the backend and click "Save Settings"
2. A couple of lang placeholders remain unchanged, as well as I18N Gallery's 
primary menu tab if installed.
3. Click "Settings" in the primary menu again to reload the page, all is fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GetSimple 3.1.2, CentOS.

Please provide any additional information below.
The same thing happens on other pages after you save. See attached screenshot 
for proof.

These are not GS issues, they are plugin issues.
