Date is not set on Last-Modified #1

Describe the bug Tested it on a staging server with 1.0.0-beta.1. Timestamps on css() and js() works, but Last-Modified has placeholder. See screenshot.

Using Kirby 3.

To Reproduce Just look in the network tab in debug mode.

Expected behavior The placeholder from Last-Modified should be replaced.

Additional context Cloudfront is used. Maybe this is a problem?!

It works on in a kirby 4 installation, but not in a kirby 3.
