Highlighting of initially viewed tab #4

When creating a new TabPanel, the initially visible tab is not highlighted in the panel heading.

I fixed this behaviour in 555469b . This issue was created because of how the bar refreshed itself, to show new tabs. I did this via a simple recreation of the bar. Now we continually update the bar, so no information gets lost here.
