Helm is going to get much more strict about naming. Right now, the charts are for deis/database but the Chart.yaml says deis/postgres. We need to decide, and then standardize on that everywhere.

looks like the name isn't changing any time soon. Closing unless this becomes bothersome for people, which we can then revisit.
