@kmala this PR doesn't seem to update any versions in the glide files. did you mean to do that?

there are no dependencies for registry and hence no glide....we just create a binary and run it

Looks good. I also reviewed the distribution fork to see that it only has your commit on top of v2.4.1: https://github.com/docker/distribution/compare/v2.4.1...deis:deis

The e2e tests passed but showing as failure because of issue with the runner.
