The content in this document was taken from an internal document. Sections regarding planning and tech stack decisions were removed because they're mostly not applicable now.

It would be preferable not to use "I" all the time, but this is an internal project and it does convey the information well, so LGTM.

@mboersma good point. I'd like us to open source this repo one day (probably another discussion though) so for good measure I'll reword bits & pieces of this
