A to-do list of prereqs:
[ ] excise from commit history any keys, passwords, and other items that appear to be security-related, even if they are no longer providing practical security
[ ] working auth is in place for all destructive write/update/delete endpoints
[ ] documentation updated to conform to the standard protocols for deis public repos
