chore(bin): remove cargo2bindle and as2bindle #247

Why are we removing them? I think they are pretty valuable as examples for how to use the Bindle client and do some language toolchain integrations.

I agree that we could probably move them under examples or something less "official", but still think they have some value for someone looking to get started with the client.

I don't know how up-to-date they are. I haven't touched them in a while... but if we want to move them to examples/, that is fine with me. But I agree with @adamreese that they should not be on equal footing with the bindle client and server.
