Updated the hippofacts document with the latest changes #9

As a quick stylistic note, I think we should use - instead of * for bullet lists because they are easier to read in cases like this:

- **hi**
* **hi**

Markdown does not have any competing uses of - that I know of. And even - _hi_ is easier to read than * **hi**
