Provide more info about where Hippo setup failed #66

Fixes #64. E.g. incorrect password is now:

Setup failed! You will need to create the Hippo app manually.
The error was: Error: Login failed: Error: Request failed with status code 400

which I accept falls short of the Shakespearian ideal but hopefully provides the info that the user needs.
