Improper counting of words for messages typed in Slavic languages (Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian, etc.) #37

It appears that the front-end is not properly counting the number of words in the text that is in Slavic languages based on Cyrillic alphabet, and is only counting the number of words in the part of the text that is in Latin characters.
