Default port in byebug CLI #827

What do you think about using the default port in the byebug command to match the default port when starting the server (Byebug::PORT)?

byebug -R
# shorthand for
byebug -R 8989

Then one just needs to call remote_byebug and run byebug -R without needing to remember the port number.
