Update providers list and assets #107

Fixes #105 and #106

The spid-smart-button repository used as reference for providers assets has not bee updated for a while and got behind the official list of providers. The svg.sh script has been updated to grab the assets from the official repository and compress them as much as possible (see https://github.com/italia/spid-sp-access-button/issues/27 for more info).
