Hovering over Projects dropdown on /#!/projects does not display a proper "icon" selector #16

When you hover over the Projects dropdown on /#!/projects it displays the wierd icon of when your hovering over text in a document. It should display the regular cursor arrow, or some other icon indicating that this dropdown is selectable.
