Auto-Generated Video Thumbnails #14

Uploaded video files should have their thumbnail automatically created by taking a still from the middle of the file.

This has so far been automatically applied to one file, which also needed approval. Batch file upload did not create thumbnail. Multiple file upload did not create thumbnail for the majority of the cases. Single file upload may work, but has not yet been tested.
