Pop up information bubbles for everything in the app with simple term explanation of what it does #114

I was thinking about this on the way to work. I would be nice to have pop up bubbles on everything that explains in simple terms what it does. This will support our idea of not needing training. Would also be nice for people playing around on the sandbox on the landing page.

i.e. Material Requests (What you plan to buy!)

Thoughts?

Totally agree. Relatively easy to do.
