include shortId in bulk export #2398

What would you like to be able to do? cube bulk data should include shortId

Describe how you would use the feature I want to use the bulk data to create a reverse mapping of cards to cubes, and I want to use shortId as the cube key. Including shortId would save the trouble of calling the cubecobra backend to get shortIds

Idk how to assign myself but I've opened this issue because im going to contribute this change
