Appropriately model stop and start codons #4

Premature stop codons are mostly fixed

Still need to find fitness values for the start codon and for appropriately placed stop codons

Also need to change scaling to scale to the lowest fitness value rather than automatically 0.1

Work on this issue is paused until we can discuss further

Need to figure out how to model correct stop/start codons and scale fitness appropriately

Fixed by making all missing start codons and stop codons into death cases
