Update to yaml formatting for population file #69

More of a standard notation. Will help make the tool more user friendly (iss #67).

Updated to YAML formatting. The new format also allows for rapid ways to change branch-specific parameters we did not previously account for. I am going to change the 'get_clade_data' function as well, as this function is currently hard-coded
