  1. Estimating theta at low values of theta showing that what goes in comes out
  2. Estimations of dN/dS at different values of theta - works with the populations of dN/dS paper. Should have good estimates of dN/dS at low values of theta and poorer values at higher values of theta

Depending on effect of theta in number 2 - might focus on tree depth on dN/dS estimates

Show that dN/dS at neutral with small mutation rate merges to 1 with 1000 bootstrap replicates.
