refactor: remove unnecessary tekton external pvc properties

The following properties have been removed because there were two places to configure the same thing and hence it was confusing:

• dekorate.tekton.external-source-workspace-claim in favour of dekorate.tekton.source-workspace-claim.name

• dekorate.tekton.external-m2-workspace-claim in favour of dekorate.tekton.m2-workspace-claim.name
