Great app (my mother loves it too). Just wondering if you could a put an explicit license in there like Apache of GPLv3 that would allow the likes of f-droid.org to redistribute it.

Thanks! I don't know much about the implications of these licenses -- I did a bit of reading online, but was wondering if you have a goto page for explaining this? In general I'd be happy to let others use the code for non-commercial purposes, assuming they continue to give credit to this app.

I found this app just by searching Github one day when I was bored; I don't use Google Play and Github has plenty of apps to keep an Android user happy! A lot of these gems are hard to find so a good way to get it known is by putting it on F-Droid; either it can be put in the queue on their website or you can submit the metadata to them which has the build recipe, but the licence needs to be right. Github have their own page: http://choosealicense.com. A non-commercial licence won't be found there because well, preventing commercial activity is pretty restrictive—it could stop a paint shop from using it, for example! If you want to stop plagiarists the GPLv3 is legally effective, since it prevents distribution of variants that would include common Android ad libraries.

Thanks for the info! I've added a license.
