Add notes to the schematic indicating which display module is in use

The display would normally be considered part of the non-PCB BOM kept outside of KiCad, but the display connector makes little sense without knowing what it is. At the very least, a note should be added to the schematic (and possibly the PCB layout) indicting what display is being used.
