Select alternative sensor to replace the TCS3472 #34

The TCS3472 sensor has recently been discontinued by the manufacturer. As such, a new sensor is going to need to be selected for this project's meter probe.

If it still makes sense to stick with a similar RGB-type sensor, then the most direct replacements appear to be the TCS3400 and the TCS3410.

Alternatively, a non-color sensor such as the TSL2572 could work.

Regardless, any alternate sensor must retain the quick integration time capability for enlarger profiling, and also have adequate low light sensitivity under darkroom conditions.

It is also probably worth testing the placement of a UV/IR cut filter in the optical path, if that improves the quality of readings from the sensor across a variety of conditions.

Going with the TSL2585 for the Rev B prototype.
