Change RS-485 transceiver from MAX3075EESA+ to THVD1439DR #40

This is mostly a drop-in part swap, changing from the MAX3075EESA+ to THVD1439DR for cost reasons.

The THVD1439 datasheet also has recommendations for layout and pull-up/pull-down resistors that should be followed.
