Originally the power switch was connected by wires soldered directly to the PCB.
In Rev B, those wires were changed to connect via Weidmüller 1825960000 wire-to-board connectors that use a spring-fit action. In practice, its difficult to get these sufficiently secure with stiffer wires across a relatively short distance.
Upon further investigation, it seems like the connection point can be moved to the opposite side of the internal fuse, for less cramped wire routing.
Additionally, switching to an actual plug-in-socket connector should provide a much safer and more reliable connection. The current top candidate is the Molex Mega-Fit series, with a variant that has the necessary approvals and for which pre-made cable assemblies are available.
