Add assembly registration holes to the main board and power board #59

The main board and power board may be easiest to assemble as standalone boards, rather than as part of a panel.

If they are handled that way, then it makes sense to add the panel edge rail registration holes to the PCB itself. Doing this involves adding 3-4 2.05mm holes in a similar arrangement as the fiducial marks.

A little more double-checking needs to happen before this is actually implemented, though, as it may make sense to do the power board as a 2-board panel, even if the main board isn't panelized.

This issue might end up being closed without implementation, as it may be easier to simply have edge rails on all the boards. This idea was floated in casual conversation with an assembly house, but there hasn't been much useful follow-up looking into whether or not it should really be done.
