[Feature request] RCS support with E2EE #184

It would be great if you were able to support RCS and at the same time E2EE (ideally also Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS)).

And it would be great if you make it possible if the device of the receiver does not support RCS the message (with /without attachment) can be automatically converted into an SMS or MMS with E2EE (and PFS) (opt-in ("convert into SMS"; "convert into MMS"; "include attachment")).

And if E2EE SMS or E2EE MMS is not possible the message will be automatically deleted before it will receive the device of the receiver.
