This should fix issue https://github.com/dekuNukem/duckyPad/issues/111 (allow fractional UI scaling).

This is easy to test:

# Make the UI 1/3 bigger
export DUCKYPAD_UI_SCALE=1.5
python3 pc_software/duckypad_config.py
