Add shell.nix and update readme for NixOS #157

Enables duckypad to run on NixOS using nix-shell. Updated app_posix.md and created shell.nix file in resources.

After receiving the unit I noticed the application required udev rules when running connect. This is not possible in nix-shell and would need to be written into nixpkgs directly or a flake/derivation made.
