Adds:

Right click options (add memeber/remove member) to users in clan chat and friends list.
Right click option (Import Group members) to the clan chat tab for manually importing of group members.
Config options for the above mentioned.

I didn't know how to make the import group members option appear on resizable bottom line layout, so I left it out.
