More world hider features #35

Added the option to hide flags (changes all flags to german), and remove the scrollbar from world hider. Stream snipers are getting creative and using flags and scrollbar position to help find players. This should make it harder for them.

Re-pr'd here: https://github.com/dekvall/runelite-external-plugins/pull/36 , was having issues with git
