World Hider List Changes #6

Made some changes to the world hider so it hides the values in the list as well as hiding the tooltip you get when hovering over a world in the list. Someone requested it for personal use so I figured I'd put in a PR so you can decide what to do with the changes.

The comments to that tweet suggest support for these changes to be added officially to the world hider plugin

Updated (the last 2 commits are just undoing some automated change in config commit)
