This PR aims to fix various issues, improve and bring additional features.
Changes include
Add:
Hiding the world from being displayed in the mouseovertext and upon right clicking.
Allow hiding the world list in the configuration interface.
Allow hiding favorite worlds.
Fix:
Changes to the config are reflected instantly to the interfaces.
Make hiding the "Current world - ..." text persist after opening various interfaces.
Hide only the thumb of the scrollbar, not the entire component.
Support hiding worlds in all chat channels (clan, guest clan, friends chat, group activity).
Avoid renaming players whose names start with W to WXXX in chat channels. Stricter policy, but if a player has a name starting with capital W followed by 1-3 numbers, they will be renamed.

Duplicate code
Other misc changes include e.g. replacing fields for api references, refactoring, bump version and update README.
