does this override windows DPI settings somehow? #2

Running this plugin seems to have nuked my windows DPI settings somehow. Runelite was left in a state where 2/3rds of the game window was completely black and wiping my install etc did nothing. Only when I set it to override the DPI settings for runelite did it start working properly. So clearly this plugin messed with some kind of setting in windows. The majority of applications on my 4K monitor seem noticeably blurrier now and l really am not sure looking at it what I should adjust to fix it bc I can't tell what changed. Plugin hub straight up told me to not download this plugin bc it was broken and I really regret not listening it feels like I set off a bomb in my computer. Please help

tabbing out of certain applications also causes a hard lockup where the screen goes black for a second after this incident
