hello, i have been using your wonderful talko for 8months and have been doing fine. until today, i have killed it with an incorrect polarity. However;

The unit, Powers on The display remains on 0 The Atmel is detectable and programable.

any ideas?

The Atmel is detectable and programable. Do you have an ISP programmer? Can you try to upload the code with it? Maybe it is just the 5V regulator that is fried
