Contao 4 version #77

We create a fork that works with contao 4 and uses as maps geo for geocoding if set within dlh_googlemaps_apikey in Contao settings. Please merge and create a new tag. If you want, grant us access to your repository, so we can maintain it if you are short on time.

Tested with Contao 4.4

Thanks, this will be mostly integrated in the next release. I don't merge it here because of some redesign work on the rextension. Good idea of using the 'box' for sizes, but i will modify it a bit.
