relion 3.0, path to binaries #43

If path to relion 3 binaries is not set in user's PATH the protocols cannot find the binaries. PATH should be set in by wrapper.

Have you updated your ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf file and point to Relion 3 home? It should behave as other versions of relion. You should either point to the main relion folder (where there is bin, lib, etc) or maybe create a soft link to it from scipion/software/em: relion-3.0 -> /path/to/relion3-home/

I haven't test yet that Relion 3 can be installed from Scipion.
