Improve input selection for Scheduling #7

Now there is no way to build from scratch the scheduling pipeline. It is only possible to import from a workflow (or copy an existing branch).

A solution could be that each protocol defines possibles (or most common) outputs and these could be include in the selection dialog. This solution could work in most of the cases.
