Currently, if items in a todo list are removed or migrated such as using the rollover plugin, the page and items remain in the side pane.

Ideally, the behavior should avoid empty todo lists and ensure that all removed items aren't show at all.

Appears this might be resolved in #117? Would be happy to see this PR merged :)
