Stencil Property window stays in background #510

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open clean sheet and place some stencil
2. Select it's property (this will open new property window). Do not close it 
just create another new stencil.
3. Try to open newly created stencil properly window. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Existing Property that is in background should be make visible. It stays below 
main app (I have Pencil starched full screen. Since no built-in full screen is 
supported). 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.2 on Mt. Lion 10.8.2 Retina MBP
