Misnamed Arvo Bold and Bold Italic files, Arvo Regular and Regular Italic do not show up in other applications #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded Arvo font family from Google Web Fonts for the purpose of 
designing mockups.
2. Installed Arvo font family into Font Book on OSX. See screenshots 1-4 
attached.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Arvo Bold and Bold Italic display as Regular and Regular Italic, hence Regular 
and Regular Italic do not show up in other applications, even if system has 
just been restarted. See screenshot 5 attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arvo v2. Mac OSX 10.6.8.

Please provide any additional information below.

This has been fixed upstream by Anton Koovit, but the updated files aren't yet 
available in Google Fonts:

had the same problem, downloaded the new file from github, and walla! works

Also downloaded from github, only solved Bold Italic. Bold does not show up, 
but is used when choosing Regular.

Tested in Photoshop CS6, Windows 7.
